Why choose talc-free makeup?
Because of the asbestos question. Cosmetic talc is meant to be asbestos-free, but asbestos can form near talc deposits, and some people would rather not rely on testing. Choosing talc-free takes the question off the table.
Is talc-free makeup better?
Not automatically. Talc is considered safe on skin, and a talc-free powder is a different formula, not a better one by default. It is a choice about the asbestos question.
What replaces talc in a pressed powder?
