Client Care
Shipping, honestly
Each piece is made for Divina by our partner lab after you order, and the lab ships it from Toronto, tracked. Here is what that costs, and how long it takes.
| Destination | Standard | Free over | Arrives within |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | $7.95 | $75 | 5–14 business days |
| Canada | $4.95 | $75 | 5–17 business days |
| UK and Europe | $13.95 | $120 | 9–28 business days |
| Australia and New Zealand | $14.95 | $120 | 9–28 business days |
| Asia and the Middle East | $14.95 | $150 | 9–28 business days |
Prices in US dollars; checkout shows them in your currency. Thresholds are measured on your order after any discount code.
How long it takes
Your pieces are made in two to four business days and leave on the lab's weekly dispatch: allow up to seven business days from your order until the parcel ships. From there it is up to seven business days in transit to the US, up to ten to Canada and up to 21 elsewhere. The first time the lab makes a piece for us it can take up to two weeks longer. The tracking email arrives the moment your parcel leaves the lab.
Outside the US and Canada
Outside the US and Canada, allow 9–28 business days from your order to your door. Duties and taxes are not in our prices or collected at checkout: your country may charge them at the door. If the lab cannot ship an order to your country, the order is cancelled and refunded in full within 2 business days of the lab telling us.
Duties and taxes
Parcels travel with duties unpaid: import VAT, duties and taxes are not in our prices or collected at checkout. Outside Canada, your country may charge them — or a carrier's brokerage fee — when the parcel arrives, and they are paid to the carrier. Since August 2025 that can include parcels to the United States.
If something goes wrong
Anything damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded in full. Unopened pieces may be returned within thirty days — the full returns policy. To follow an order, see tracking.
