Every piece is made after you order, in our lab in Toronto, and leaves it tracked. Your whole order travels as one parcel. Here is what that costs, and how long it takes.

Prices in US dollars; checkout shows them in your currency. Thresholds are measured on your order after any discount code.
Your pieces are made in two to four business days, and the lab ships on a weekly schedule. From there, US and Canadian parcels usually arrive within a week, and international ones within one to three. The tracking email arrives the moment your parcel leaves the lab.
Outside Canada and the United States, your country may charge import VAT or duties when the parcel arrives. We are confirming with our lab whether parcels travel with duties paid, and will say so here as soon as we know.
Anything damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded in full. Unopened pieces may be returned within thirty days — the full returns policy. To follow an order, see tracking.
