Is Divina legit?
The questions a careful first order deserves, answered plainly.
Who makes Divina’s pieces?
Our partner lab, which ships from Toronto and states that it works to ISO 22716, the good-manufacturing standard for cosmetics. We haven't seen its certificate yet. Each piece is made for Divina after you order it.
About the houseIs the checkout safe?
Checkout runs on Shopify’s own secure checkout, so your card details go to Shopify’s payment system and never to this site. The address bar at checkout may show a myshopify.com address: that is Shopify’s domain for this store.
When will my order arrive?
Each piece is made after you order — two to four business days, then the lab's weekly dispatch — and ships tracked from Toronto: 5–14 business days to the US, 5–17 to Canada and 9–28 elsewhere, counted from your order. Standard shipping is free over $75 to the US and Canada, over $120 to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and over $150 to Asia and the Middle East.
Every rate and delivery timeWhat if something goes wrong?
Anything damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded in full, and a photo is enough; you don’t send it back. Unopened pieces can be returned within thirty days. Opened beauty items can’t be, for hygiene.
The returns policyWhy are there no reviews?
Because the house is new, and we won’t invent any. Reviews will appear on product pages only as verified customers write them.
What’s actually in the products?
Each product page shows the manufacturer’s full ingredient list wherever one is published. The pieces that aren’t vegan are named, with the reason, and you can shop by what isn’t in a formula: fragrance, talc, silicones, parabens and more.

Write to care@divinaeternel.com for orders, returns and shade questions, and a person answers. Instagram, @divinaeternel, works too — it is a client-care desk, not just a feed, and it is the easiest place to send a photo for shade matching.
What’s the catch?
Made to order takes longer than next-day delivery, and the house is new: no reviews and no press yet. We would rather say so than dress it up.
How do you decide what you're allowed to say?
A script reads every line of copy before the site can deploy and refuses to publish specific claims — including ones we've had to retract before. We put the whole list where anyone can read it.
