The questions a careful first order deserves, answered plainly.

About the houseCheckout runs on Shopify’s own secure checkout, so your card details go to Shopify’s payment system and never to this site. The address bar at checkout may show a myshopify.com address: that is Shopify’s domain for this store.
Each piece is made after you order, which takes two to four business days, then ships tracked from Toronto: usually 5–12 business days to the US and Canada, and 2–4 weeks elsewhere. Standard shipping is free over $75 to the US and Canada, over $120 to the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and over $150 to Asia and the Middle East.
Every rate and delivery timeAnything damaged or incorrect is replaced or refunded in full, and a photo is enough; you don’t send it back. Unopened pieces can be returned within thirty days. Opened beauty items can’t be, for hygiene.
The returns policyBecause the house is new, and we won’t invent any. Reviews will appear on product pages only as verified customers write them.
Each product page shows the manufacturer’s full ingredient list wherever one is published. The pieces that aren’t vegan are named, with the reason, and you can shop by what isn’t in a formula: fragrance, talc, silicones, parabens and more.
