The fine print
A beauty maison with a simple model: every piece is made fresh to order in a North American lab and finished under the Divina name. Nothing sits in a warehouse aging under fluorescent light — your order is produced when you place it. That's why it takes a few days longer, and why it arrives the way a formula is meant to be.
Because freshness is a real ingredient. Skincare actives degrade from the day they're made; a serum produced this week is simply not the same product as one that spent a year on a shelf. We trade a few days of patience for that — production takes 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 5–12.
Honestly: hydration and comfort, the first evening. Tone, texture, and the look of firmness reward four to six weeks of consistency — anyone promising faster is selling the promise, not the formula. Each product page states its own realistic timeline under 'What to expect.'
They were composed to be — cleanse, treat, hydrate, seal, in that order, thinnest to thickest. The Rituals sets do the layering for you. Introduce renewal serums gradually, two nights a week to start.
Shipping is complimentary over $50. Each piece is made fresh (1–3 business days), then shipped tracked — most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Unopened items may be returned within thirty days; opened beauty items are non-returnable for hygiene. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded in full, no return needed.
Cruelty-free without exception — nothing is ever tested on animals. The overwhelming majority of formulas are also vegan; a small number of colour cosmetics use beeswax as a base. If a specific ingredient matters to you, write to us before ordering and we'll confirm the full list for that exact product.
