How do I match a foundation shade online?
Undertone before depth. Look at the skin on your jaw in daylight, not your hand or under a bulb: if your veins read green and gold jewellery suits you, you are warm; blue veins and silver mean cool; if it is genuinely hard to call, you are neutral. Get the undertone right and a shade half a step off still disappears. Get it wrong and a perfect depth match still reads grey or orange.
What if the shade is not right when it arrives?
Sheer formats are the honest insurance — a tinted veil sits close to the skin and adapts, so a near miss stops being visible. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days; once a base has been used it cannot go back, which is exactly why we would rather steer you to a forgiving coverage than sell you a precise one you have to gamble on.
