The life of your order
The moment you order, your pieces enter the queue for the next weekly pour. Nothing here is pulled off a shelf — it doesn't exist yet.
Days 1–3: your formulas are poured, filled, labelled, and sealed — made for your order specifically. This is the quiet part; no tracking moves yet, and that's normal.
The tracking email arrives the moment your parcel leaves the lab. From here, most orders deliver within 4–9 business days.
Begin gently — patch-test anything new, and give actives their honest weeks. Each product page holds its exact ritual.
Your tracking link is sent to the email on your order the moment stage 03 begins — check there first, and look in spam if it's shy. If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, write to us and we'll chase the carrier ourselves.
