By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and to our Returns Policy. Your acceptance is recorded at checkout. These terms govern every purchase from the house.
All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud or payment risk — in which case any amount taken is refunded in full. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the address you provide.
Because our formulas are intimate, opened beauty, skincare, and wellness consumables cannot be returned or refunded for reasons of hygiene — except where an item is faulty or materially not as described, in which case your statutory rights are fully honoured. Unopened items may be returned within thirty (30) days in original, resaleable condition. Personalised, made-to-order, perishable, and final-sale items are not returnable. Orders are dispatched with tracked delivery, typically arriving within the window shown at checkout. Where stated, signature confirmation is required on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect address provided by you.
Divina products are cosmetic and wellbeing formulas — not medical devices or treatments. No statement on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and individual results vary. Consult your practitioner before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
We resolve every genuine issue quickly and in good faith. Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, you agree to contact Client Care and allow the house a reasonable opportunity to remedy the matter. Initiating a chargeback in bad faith — for goods that were delivered and as described — is a breach of these terms; we reserve the right to submit authentication, delivery, and acceptance records to your card issuer and to decline future service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the house's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the house is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your country of residence.
