What it is

Most 'bad skin days' are really dehydration wearing a disguise: tightness after cleansing, makeup that clings to dry patches by noon, that crepey look under the eyes at 6pm. La Crème exists to end those specific afternoons.
It's the workhorse you stop thinking about — which is the point. Skin that's properly held in moisture looks calmer, plumper, and more even, and everything you put on top of it behaves better.

- Fragrance bothers your skin. This one is scented — the fragrance-free pieces are collected on /fragrance-free.

Is La Crème enough on its own?
For many people, yes — cleanser, moisturiser and daily sunscreen is a complete routine. Serums are how you target something specific, not a requirement.
Will it sit well under makeup?
Yes. Allow a minute to absorb before primer or foundation; that pause is what prevents pilling.
Is it right for oily or combination skin?
The texture is cushioning rather than heavy, and hydration is not the same as oil — skipping moisturiser often makes oily skin produce more. Apply a thinner layer where you tend to get shiny.
Is La Crème cruelty-free — and is it vegan?
Cruelty-free, yes: nothing in the range is tested on animals, at any stage or by any party. Vegan, no: according to our lab's ingredient list, La Crème contains beeswax. Most of the rest of the range is vegan.
