It is made to set down and stay. Let it dry for a few seconds before blinking or layering shadow over it — most transfer happens in that first moment.
How do I remove it?
An oil or balm cleanser, held gently against closed lashes for a few seconds before wiping. Rubbing at the eye area is what causes irritation, not the liner.
