Questions
Is acrylates copolymer safe?
It is considered safe in cosmetics. The polymer is large and stays on the surface of skin and lashes.
Why is mascara hard to remove?
Because of film-formers: the film that stops smudging also resists water. An oil- or bi-phase remover breaks it down without rubbing.
