When should I reach for L'Aloès?
After sun exposure, after shaving, or any time skin feels hot, tight or over-stimulated. It is a cooling, lightweight hydration layer rather than a treatment.
Can I use it on my face and body?
Both. It is light enough for the face and generous enough for shoulders, legs or anywhere that needs calming.
Can I keep it in the fridge?
Yes, and it is genuinely nicer that way — the cool makes the soothing feel more immediate on warm or irritated skin.
Is it right for very reactive skin?
Check the list first: it is preserved with diazolidinyl urea, which releases small amounts of formaldehyde, and coloured with Blue 1 and Yellow 5. Both suit most skin but are known triggers for some. If you react easily, patch test on the inner forearm for twenty-four hours.
Is L'Aloès cruelty-free — and is it vegan?
Cruelty-free and vegan: nothing in the range is tested on animals, at any stage or by any party, and nothing in L'Aloès is animal-derived, going by what its maker publishes.
