In none of our lists
Collagen is the main structural protein in skin. In skincare it is usually taken from cows or fish and used as a film-former and moisturiser. Its molecules are too large to reach the layers where skin makes its own collagen.
It feels smoothing and moisturising on the surface. It doesn’t replace the skin’s own collagen. “Vegan collagen” isn’t collagen at all: it names plant ingredients or peptides meant to support skin’s own.
Across the house
In none of the 40 ingredient lists we publish.
Every list is the manufacturer’s own, and each is checked for collagen whenever the site is built. 6 pieces don’t publish a list yet, so we can’t speak for them: Le Renouveau, L'Enlumineur, Le Savon, Pastèque, Cerise, Pêche.
Questions
No. It contains the Matrixyl 3000 peptide pair, coenzyme Q10 and hyaluronic acid, and no collagen of any kind.
Topical collagen moisturises the surface, but its molecules are too large to replace the collagen in your skin. Peptides and retinoids are the ingredients used to support skin’s own collagen.
A marketing term. Collagen comes from animals; “vegan collagen” products contain plant ingredients or peptides instead.
How we know: every ingredient list on this site is the manufacturer’s own, read piece by piece and shade by shade, and the pieces above are worked out from those lists each time the site is built. Ingredient names and functions follow the EU’s CosIng database. This page describes cosmetic ingredients; it isn’t medical advice.
