Give it a few weeks of steady evenings before you judge it. Its full ingredient list is still on its way from the lab, so start slowly, and stop if it stings.

What Le Renouveau will not do
- Replace sunscreen. Sun is most of visible ageing, and we do not make an SPF — buy one you will actually wear.
- Work overnight. Skin moves at its own pace, and anything sold on a faster one is selling the promise.

- You need it this week. Nothing is made until you order it, which adds two to four business days before it even ships.

Where does Le Renouveau go in my routine?
In the evening, after cleansing and before moisturiser. Serums go on thinnest-first, so anything watery goes before it and anything creamy goes after.
What should I expect, and how soon?
An anti-aging serum works on the look of skin over weeks, not days. Most people notice smoother-feeling skin within a couple of weeks and a softer look to fine lines over two to three months of nightly use. We would rather under-promise.
Can I use it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
We don't yet hold the complete ingredient sheet for this serum, so we can't rule out retinoids. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please ask your doctor before using it, and hold off until you have.
Can I use it with other actives?
Introduce one new product at a time and give it two weeks before adding the next. Daily sunscreen is wise alongside any anti-aging routine.
Is Le Renouveau cruelty-free — and is it vegan?
Cruelty-free, without exception: nothing in the range is tested on animals, at any stage or by any party. Vegan: we don't yet hold the full ingredient list for Le Renouveau, so we won't claim it until we do. Most of the range is vegan; going by our lab's lists, these pieces are not: La Crème (beeswax); La Crème de Nuit (beeswax); Le Contour (lanolin alcohol and honey); Le Gommage Corps (honey); L'Anticerne (lanolin (as acetylated lanolin alcohol)); L'Éclat (lanolin and beeswax, and some shades may contain carmine); La Teinte (beeswax in sixteen of its twenty-two shades, and most may contain carmine; Shy, Cinnamon, Rose, Firedown and Dazzle read vegan); Le Crayon Lèvres (beeswax); Le Rouge (a synthetic wax rather than beeswax, but some shades may contain carmine); L'Élixir (honey (as mel extract)); La Crème de Jour (honey (as mel extract)); Le Mascara (beeswax).
