- You are pregnant or breastfeeding. In this set, Le Contour contains a retinoid; that is a question for your doctor, not for us.
- You need it this week. Nothing is made until you order it: two to four business days to make, then the lab's weekly dispatch — up to seven business days before it even ships. The first time the lab makes a piece for us it can take up to two weeks longer.

Is The Eye Ritual cruelty-free — and is it vegan?
Cruelty-free, yes: nothing in the range is tested on animals, at any stage or by any party. Vegan, no: according to our lab's ingredient list, The Eye Ritual contains lanolin alcohol and honey in Le Contour, and beeswax in Le Mascara. Most of the rest of the range is vegan.
